The Providence Mantel was created through a customer’s request to have four corbels at the top of the wooden fire mantle just under the shelf. She said she did not want anything too elaborate but wanted something that gave the appearance of a bolder shelf. We went to the drawing board and came up with the Mt. Vernon Custom Made Fireplace Mantel and the Providence Mantel Surround. Our customer was extremely happy with her mantel and we were extremely happy with the ideas she gave us. The Providence Mantel has become a favorite fireplace mantel surround for sale from our Mission Collection. It looks especially nice when used in a stain grade application.
